StackJS looks realy great ! But there is one think I don't understand... Are you working alone for this project ? I'm searching a framework for a web-apps and it could be yours but how can I be sure StackJS will continue to be develop in the futur ?

I have a wonderful plans for this framework and nowadays I'm working on version 1.0 and a new website.
Currently I'm working alone on this project and I'm searching for partners.
As an expert, my advice to you is to include in your web-apps libraries like requirejs as a module loader and underscorejs as a template engine and to visit a website called todosMVC (http://addyosmani.github.com/todomvc/) to see more frameworks for MVC.
I'm recommend you to follow me on twitter and the stackJS website to be updated because StackJS is going to bring a new life to web and mobile apps development.

DeleteBind is not a part of the stackjs 0.4 api.
you can create a class, implement the bind method and inherit from this class:
Class('Observer', {
bind: function(){
...
}
});
Class('Doctor::Observer', {
...
...
});
newDoctor.bind...
